Preparation: 1. Pour the hot coffee,
orange liqueur and sugar into a pre-heated cocktail glass.
2. Cover with whipped cream
and grated chocolate.
3. Serve hot without stirring.
NOTE: To make double
strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
