Ingredients:

7 tablespoons instant expresso
coffee powder

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1-1/3 cups plain powdered nondairy
creamer

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, stir together
espresso coffee powder, cocoa,
nondairy creamer, sugar
and cinnamon. Store tightly covered.
Makes aproximatelly 2-1/2
cups of mix (enough for 10 servings)
Instructions for the label:
"To prepare individual cup of cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons of Dry
Cappuccino Mocha Mix per coffee mug and stir in 6 ounces of boiling water." |
