Ingredients:

1 cup double strength hot coffee
(your favorite blend)

1 ounce mint liqueur (or 1 oz.
vodka and 1/2 tsp. mint aroma)

1 ounce cream of cocoa liqueur

2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

Whipped cream
-
Chocolate covered mint patty
for garnish (finely chopped)
Preparation:
1. Add 1 ounce mint liqueur,
1 ounce cream of cocoa liqueur and 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup to each
cup of double strength hot coffee.
2. Top with whipped cream
and sprinkle with finely chopped chocolate covered mint patties.
Makes 1 serving.
NOTE: To make double
strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
