Yogurt Lime Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
Directions:
- Mix together yogurt, lime juice and rind.
- Whip cream and icing sugar.
- Fold whipped cream into yogurt mixture.
- Cover and refrigerato for up to 2 hours before serving.
Makes enough cake topping for 6 to 8 servings.
