This recipe makes enough cream for 2 to 3 servings but you can easy double or triple this recipe to suit your needs.
1 large egg
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons Bacardi
1 tablespoon powdered sugar or xylitol
Fruit of your choice
1. Wash, cut and arrange fruit on serving dish.
2. Dissolve powdered sugar with the egg, whipping cream and rum in mixing bowl; using electric mixer beat until mixture is stiff enough to heap up.
3. Using icing bag, decorate fruit on the serving dish with cream and serve immediately.
