This tasty mousse recipes makes 2 to 4 servings. Serve well chilled and decorated with shaved chocolate.
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee
5 tablespoons instant cocoa
2 tablespoons Cognac
Powdered sugar as desired
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into mixing bowl and mix until stiff.
Serve well chilled and decorated with shaved chocolate.
