Celery Cream Dressing


Ingredients:

1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons light cream
2 teaspoons celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

For Garnish:

Celery seeds (optional)
Celery stalk  for garnish (optional)


Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl and mix vigorously with a fork until the sugar is dissolved.
  • This mixture makes enough dressing for 4 to 6 servings.



NOTE: Celery Cream Dressing is great over red leaf lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, butter or bibb lettuce.

GARNISH: If you like, sprinkle celery seeds and thinly sliced celery stalk over finished salad. They make very tasty garnish.
