Banana Fritters
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons
Baking Powder
1 tablespoon
powdered sugar
¼
teaspoon salt
1 egg
¼ cup
milk
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
3 bananas
Fat for frying
Preparation:
- Mix and
sift dry ingredients.
- Add
others in order.
- Force
bananas through a sieve or mix in food processor before adding.
- Beat
thoroughly.
- Drop by
spoonfuls into hot fat.
- Drain
and sprinkle with powdered
sugar and few drops of lemon juice.
