Basic Soda Biscuits

Ingredients:

4 cups of sifted flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups milk


Preparation:

• Mix thoroughly, rub in two tablespoons of butter and wet with 2 cups of milk.
  
• Bake in a quick oven.
