Sour Milk Griddle Cakes

Very delicious griddle cakes may be made by using sour milk and baking soda for the liquid and leavening instead of regular milk and baking powder.

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sour milk
1 egg
