RAISIN CREAM FILLING
|
Ingredients:
1 cup
powdered sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 egg white
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon grated coconut
Directions:
- Mix sugar with hot water and let them simmer.
- Beat white of an egg and mix with the hot sugar mixture.
- When cream is cold, add chopped raisins, chopped
walnuts,
and grated coconut.
