 RAISIN CREAM FILLING

Ingredients:

1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 egg white
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon grated coconut


Directions:
  • Mix sugar with hot water and let them simmer.
  • Beat white of an egg and mix with the hot sugar mixture.
  • When cream is cold, add chopped raisins, chopped walnuts, and grated coconut.
NOTE: Great filling to spread between the layers of cake.
