Sorbetto di Banane


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups banana, mashed

1 cup sugar
1 large lemon, juice only
2 cups water, cold
 

PREPARATION:

Cook 2 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar for about 7 minutes. Set aside to chill.

Mash banana in a large bowl or in the food processor, add juice of 1 large lemon and mix well. 

Mix banana mixture with cold sugar syrup and put mixture into ice cream maker.

TIP:  About 5-6 large bananas will give you approximate 2 cups of puree.

Makes 5-6 servings.
