Ingredients:
1 oz. Italian white peach
puree
5 oz. Italian
champagne,
chilled
Directions:
- Peel
fresh, ripe Italian
white peaches and puree them to a very smooth consistency.
- Measure
1 oz.
and pour into champagne flute than add 5 oz. Italian champagne.
- Serve
cold.
Makes 1
serving.
