Pollastro
alla Lorenese

Ingredients:
1 chicken
1 medium onion
2 oz butter
Spring of parsley
2 lemons
Bread crumbs
Preparation:
- Cut up a chicken and put
it into a frying pan with two ounces of butter, one onion cut up
and a sprig of chopped parsley, salt and
pepper;
- Cook chicken over medium heat, but turn the pieces several
times until almost done.
- Take chicken peaces
out from the frying pan and roll them while still hot in bread
crumbs, and fry them.
- Serve
with cut lemons.
