MACARONI
WITH BUTTER AND CHEESE (_Maccheroni
al Burro_)
Boil and drain the macaroni.
Take four tablespoons of
table-butter,
three tablespoons of grated
Parmesan cheese, add to the macaroni in the saucepan, mix well over the
fire, and serve.
