Barbecue Chicken Packets

Ingredients:
6 sheets (12x18 inches) of heavy duty aluminum foil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1½ cups barbecue sauce
3 cups frozen whole kernel corn
2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of aluminum foil.
- Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.
- Top with vegetables and form a pocket, leaving room for heat circulation inside pocket.
- Repeat with remaining chicken and rest of the ingredients.
- Grill for 15 to 16 minutes on medium high in covered grill.
Makes 6 servings.
NOTE: You can prepare this recipe in the oven, just preheat oven to 450º F (230º C) and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
