Ingredients:
1 cup macaroni
2 quarts of boiling water
1 cup peas
1 pint tomatoes, juice and pulp
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:

Melt butter, add flour, cayenne and 1 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add tomatoes and when at boiling point
remove from fire, add cheese and peas.

Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
- Grease baking dish with melted butter.

Place macaroni in
greased baking dish, pour sauce over it and bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30
minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite salad.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
