Dilled Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard until smooth.
- Stir in dill, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grilled salmon or any other grilled fish you like
